Ingredients:
🌾 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
🍫 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (70% or higher)
🍯 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
🧈 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
🥚 1 large egg
🧂 1 tsp vanilla extract
🥄 1/2 tsp baking soda
🧂 1/4 tsp salt
🥄 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat the oven: Preheat to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 🍽️
2️⃣ Mix dry ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine the oats, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon (if using). 🌾🧂
